My range of services comprises all relevant aspects within the economic evaluation of hotel assets. These include, but are not necessarily limited to,

  • Macro-economic and location/site assessments in relation to existing or proposed hotels
  • Analysis of existing and future supply within the defined competitive market
  • Product analysis, i.e. analysis of existing or proposed facilities of the subject hotel in relation to competitive hotels within the defined market area, conclusive recommendations
  • Extensive analysis of demand for hotel accommodation within the defined competitive market
  • Indicative projections of demand and financial projections for an existing or proposed hotel as well as an estimate of a sustainable rent level.

My offer also includes that you, as the owners, operators or funding bank of a hotel, be supported through a spot-on or regular controlling process that both includes internal controlling and goes beyond it. In addition, following periods of growth it may become necessary to reconsider existing procedures, which is best done within a period of interim management. By including in the analysis comparable hotels, existing problems can be solved and optimal results can be achieved.

 

A cooperation with a consulting firm authorised in real estate appraisal naturally includes my support with valuations of hotel assets.

 

Furthermore, based on the above analyses, hotel owners and banks/financing institutes may be provided with a sales price estimate for the asset.
